I have been in awe of psychosensory practices since I discovered and then trained in EFT in 2007. Discovering Havening Techniques® in 2024 took my practice to a whole new level. It is an honour for me to walk alongside of and support people with these practices, and I'm continually blown away by what clients do working with these modalities. A few years ago when I was in the midst of a dark journey through my own Complex PTSD, I would never have believed that a client and practitioner could be playful or joyful while healing deep trauma; but now, thanks to Havening, I know that to be the truth.
If you would like to get a sense of me as a practitioner, please check out a small sample of the testimonials below. And if you would like to get a sense of my training in various modalities, please see my website; where you can also get a feel for my approach, which is informed both by training and experience working with various modalities/approaches, and by my own journey of healing. I know first-hand the challenges of healing from dissociative trauma and navigating neurodivergence in a world that so often doesn't understand either the challenges or gifts it brings; and am so thankful to share what has helped me with others now. It is important to note that I am a psychosensory practitioner, not a therapist. I take the term ‘trauma-informed’ very seriously having been retraumatised myself by the approach of therapists and practitioners of various modalities, prior to discovering the gentle yet powerful approaches of EFT and Havening Techniques®.
I’m happy to offer a 20 minute complimentary chat for new clients, as I know it’s very important that you feel comfortable with a practitioner and their approach. During this chat we can either simply get to know one another, and/or I can introduce you to using Havening as a powerful tool for self-regulation.
